A water sommelier. Yes, you heard me – water. They do everything a somm does … just with water. There are somms for everything now – tea, coffee, cider, rum, even hot sauce (Sriracha, anyone?). But why restrict it to non-solids? Why not a pommelier (pork), a bommelier (beef) and while we’re at it, a dommelier (donut)? And here I was wondering what else to do with my life.
