A recent diet research from King’s College London says screw calorie-counting. Do your gut bacteria a favor and swap calorie-counting for red wine, cheese, and chocolates. No, your ears (or in this case, your eyes) do not deceive you. Apparently, your gut bacteria love drinking wine and stuffing their gobs with chocs and stinky fromage as much as you do. Finally. Diet advice that makes sense. I’m bracing myself for the day they add Champagne, bacon-caked donuts, and barbecued pork burgers to the list. Oh, and chips, let’s not forget the chips
